Do you want to be healthy and still live well? Me too. I love to eat and have fun with family and friends but I’m cursed with genes that make it necessary to eat carefully and exercise – a lot.

I began following the South Beach plan in 2009 and today, I’m still 40 pounds lighter and committed to advocating for a healthier future – for me, my family, and whomever decides to read my blog.

I want to share my favorite recipes and cooking tricks – as well as useful exercise tips and health information – as I strive to live healthier.

These websites and blogs might inspire you to cook healthier, move more and live better.
